Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your camera gear in its original manufacturer's box, placing it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and shutter count, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
